Full spectrum strength is the only way we’re going to traverse the next few years with any sort of personal power. As Agenda 2030 approaches, you’ll want to have all 5 pillars of full spectrum health supporting you.
Case in point, do you remember the last 5 years where the world administrations were emotionally blackmailing you that you were going to kill Grandma? Government control largely revolves around weaponizing human emotions.
In Post #004 today, we briefly discuss the Emotional pillar.
I remember this particular time in my own life. It was 50 years ago. I was 10 years old at the time, and I was going through a very fat, awkward, emotional stage that some adolescents go through. I was an ‘only child’ and my parents were going through a divorce. One summer day, I suddenly recognized myself as being depressed - though in the same instant I had an epiphany that I had a choice on how I was going to proceed through this. Instinctively I chose to look at the positive side. Chose to be positive. It just seemed easier to cast any burdens adrift and play without any emotional chains attached.
30 years later my wife and I both took Landmark® courses where its proffered that life itself is empty and meaningless, and its only the meaning that You provide to it that defines how we operate throughout our lives. One guy will react this way, another woman may react another way. Same event. Different emotions, different outcomes. The outcome firmly fixed by how they chose to react and think about a particular experience.
We do not have to be our emotions’ bitch. We do not have to live with negative emotional triggers. Physical, mental, emotional, spiritual and financial pillars are all part of full-spectrum health which is available to all of us. Emotional strength, in its most basic form, is simply a choice you can choose to make. All this is my own opinion of course, but I say this with some authority because even a 10 year old can do it.
So, going back those 50 years, (still not knowing where the wisdom came from), I decided to look upon things in a positive manner. I approached my days with gratitude, understanding I had two parents who loved me, and I had all I could possibly ask for. I decided to look upon things with a spiritual propensity. Each day was a gift. Coincidentally, looking back I believe this was my first understanding of Ying Yang. I had no idea how this simple choice would positively affect my life.
Everyone is a healer, and everyone has influence. We unlock this internal power by being in control of our emotions. You can do this. We can all be emotionally strong if we choose to be.
